I wish Goldenrod was on the app. I’ve been harvesting but just realized there are deadly look-a-likes so now I need to KNOW if it’s really Goldenrod I’m harvesting.

I wonder if they were talking about Senecio (A ragwort), which I personally wouldn’t call deadly, but we’ll get this one added very soon!

Yes that’s it. Some sites said “deadly” while others said potentially dangerous to liver, as with comfrey.

Yes, personally, I wouldn’t call them deadly. That term is reserved for things with extreme acute toxicity, like destroying angel, water hemlock, or poison hemlock. Nonetheless, I’m adding Jacobea vulgaris as one of the lookalikes for Goldenrod that will be in the app! Should be up early this week!
