Plantain (not the banana!) has recently been studied for its action against the bacteria that causes Lyme’s disease, with significant success — I’m personally working on a bite & sting poultice formula for this that should be available this year (it’s been on my bucket list for about five years, but life happens). You can try it yourself — I’ve had great luck with healing bee sting reactions (I’m terribly allergic, but not anaphylactic, yet I still carry an EpiPen). This humble plant should be studied and used more! I cannot recommend it enough!!!
